Degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
He has residing in Cabo since 2004 when he and his wife founded Ronival Real Estate and Property Management.
Has earned him recognition as Cabo’s #1 agent, a distinction that he takes pride in.
He has participated in popular shows such as Beachfront Bargain Hunt and Mexico Life’s HGTV, and has been a guest speaker for Tom Ferry’s summit.
Nick Fong is also the host of The Nick Fong Podcast, a platform where he shares his insights on the Los Cabos lifestyle, real estate market trends, and other related topics.
